The challenge
A travel operator needed one platform for six service types serving both businesses and consumers, with heavy document handling (2,000+ passports/forms monthly) and several payment providers. Manual document entry took 8 hrs/day and caused 15% rework from data errors.
What we built
We built a unified booking platform with role-aware B2B/B2C flows, an OCR pipeline for travel-document intake, and a payment abstraction across providers.
The outcome
